QA Engineer - Latin America
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a smart and creative QA engineer to help test our HW-to-cloud, fully vertical home sleep testing platform. This includes both component-specific and system-wide testing of functionality from the device, through the app, signal processing, cloud infrastructure and web app. The right candidate will be detail-oriented and methodic, while possessing the skills to work quickly and creatively as part of a small, high-performing team. Reports into VP R&D.
This is a remote role for candidates must be located in Central and South America

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Senior QA, developers and tech leadership to test, evaluate and perform
- quality control over the entire Wesper system
- Assist Senior QA in building and maintaining a comprehensive test library
- Work with developers, tech leadership and product management to evaluate prototypes and other mission critical efforts
- Contribute, as appropriate, to automation or DevOps efforts
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in QA / software testing
- Proven track record working with connected devices
- Proven track record with test automation
- Experience with constructing or maintaining DevOps toolchains and environments
- Experience working in regulated industries
- Experience working in start-ups or small, agile teams

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This role has a base salary of $35,000 - $45,000 The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
